The KKM Office Building is located in the Highland Corporate Park in Woonsocket, RI & was designed to house a 50 person product brokerage firm. The Building is approx 16,000 sf 10,000 sf is dedicated to Offices, Support & Open Office Spaces, 1,000 sf of Product Merchandising Showrooms, 1,000 sf of Warehouse Space & 4,000 sf of Unfinished Space dedicated for the future expansion of the company The construction was completed in December of 2008.
