Brooks Pharmacy represented one of our largest commercial retail clients, accounting for over three hundred individual projects. The projects, located throughout New England, ranged from ground up construction, interior fit outs, and renovation and additions. The projects, which had an average size of 11,000 sq. ft., required an undaunting schedule which are completed at a blistering pace, typically within six months. The challenge of these projects was to develop an “Architectural identity” for the Brooks chain of pharmacies. By creating a variable prototype structure, we have fostered an image for Brooks.
