The Brooks/Eckerd Corporate Headquarters located in East Greenwich, Rhode Island is a three story, 265,131 square foot office building that will be occupied by 800 employees. The building has a large glass 2 story Atrium with an executive conference room above. It will also be equipped with a cafeteria and full working kitchen. The building is of steel frame construction with masonry, EIFS and glass curtain wall exterior systems. The building was designed with the intent of achieving the US Green Building Council’s (USGBC) LEED Certification.
