Aharonian & Associates, Inc. was contracted by PJC Realty to design a 2 story office/medical building located at 2140 Mendon Road in Cumberland Rhode Island. Each floor is approximately 7,500 sq. ft. for a total of 15,000 sq. ft. In addition to being responsible for the over all building we were also hired by Dr. Daniel Halpren-Rudder, M.D., Ph.D., FACEP to design and fit out the entire first floor to incorporate an urgent medical care facility. The facility provides all medical services necessary to treat any urgent condition that may arise. We worked closely with Dr. Halpren-Rudder to incorporate the 6,000 square foot facility. Amenities include a main reception waiting area with individual carols for patients to fill out paper work in privacy. There is a centrally located nurses station which serves 8 exam rooms. In addition there are areas for trauma, physical therapy, lab work and X-rays. There is also a secondary entrance to the suite which has it’s own reception and waiting area and serves 3 exam rooms.
